चन्द्रग्रहण : बर्ष २०२३ को अन्तिम चन्द्रग्रहण या आंशिक चन्द्रग्रहण २८ अक्टुबर मा हुने बैज्ञानिक तथा विज्ञ हरु बाट दावी गरिएको हो । चन्द्रग्रहण नेपालको समय अनुसार अक्टुबर २८ को शनिवार बिहानको १:१९  बजे लाग्ने छ भने मोक्ष अर्थात समाप्त  २:३८  बजे मा समाप्त हुनेछ । सर्व पर्ब समय १ घण्टा १९ मिनेट को हुने बताईएको छ । तस्विर : चन्द्रग्रहण  मिति २०८० साल कार्तिक महिनाको ११ गते शनिवार आश्विन शुक्ल पुर्णिमा तद्धअनुसार सताब्व्ती कै ठुलो खाग्राह  चन्द्रग्रहण लाग्न गईरहेको छ हिन्दु धर्ममा सुर्य ग्रहण र चन्द्रग्रहण लाई एकदम महत्वका साथ् हेर्ने गरिन्छ ।जुनदिन ग्रहण परिन्छ उसै दिन हिन्दु धर्म अनुसार कयौं नियम को पालना गर्ने गरिदै आएको हो । धार्मिक दृष्टिले पनि ग्रहण लाग्नु एकदमै अशुभ मानिन्छ। वैज्ञानिक अनिसार ग्रहण लग्नु लाई एक भयानक खगोलीय घटना भनिन्छ  । ज्योतिष शास्त्र अनुसार ग्रहण लाग्दा सबै १२ राशिमा राम्रो या नराम्रो प्रभाव पर्ने मानिएको छ ।  

Jhijhiya(also called jhijhari) is a cultural folk dance  of mithila region of Nepal and India dedicated to Goddess Durga Bhairavi During Dashain festival. It is believed that when women perform this dance, negativity cannot touch them and their loved ones.
